Personal Touch Medical Billing Service LLC, also known as PTMBS, offers text messaging for low-volume, one-to-one business communications.

Text messages may be used for:

• Responding to questions or requests
• Coordinating business calls or meetings
• Requesting documents or additional information
• Following up on billing or account-support matters
• Communicating with clients, healthcare provider offices, insurance representatives, vendors, and other authorized business contacts

PTMBS SMS messaging is not intended for mass marketing, promotional campaigns, or automated bulk communications.

You may consent to receive text messages from PTMBS by:

• Providing verbal permission during a telephone or in-person conversation
• Initiating a text message to a PTMBS business telephone number
• Providing your mobile number and specifically requesting communication by text

By opting in, you authorize PTMBS employees to send conversational text messages to the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with PTMBS and the nature of your request.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. PTMBS is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

You may stop receiving text messages from a PTMBS telephone number at any time by replying STOP.

After submitting an opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from that number unless you later provide consent again.

You may reply START to resume receiving messages when available.

Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS service may not be available through every carrier, device, or geographic location.

PTMBS may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised terms are posted at this publicly accessible location.
